2007 has been a challenging and exciting year for MyMovieNetwork. We've have over 3,000 filmmakers and entertainment industry members join the network, we've implemented the jobs board, portfolio feature and the scouting functionality. We're now looking forward to 2008, which will be an even better year with new site functionality improvements for our members, new contests and new film and entertainment industry members. We're working on several key improvements to the service on MyMovieNetwork.com. It came to our attention that many users trying to upload using the safari browser have their film upload fail during the process. We are working on a fix but for now please use internet explorer if possible or link to the film on youtube/myspace.

We've also implemented a help menu with videos that will walk users through popular MyMovieNetwork.com functionality. Videos included are: how to upload films, adding yourself for scouting, searching scouting, movie page functionality, forums, blogs, entering contests and how to create studios. Please feel free what functionality you'd like further explanation on and we'll provide a help video.

Contest Updates

MyMovieNetwork.com is hosting our first Horror Film Competition we're calling "Witness the Horror" Film Competition. . Contestants need to make and upload their film to www.MyMovieNetwork.com where visitors to the site will vote on the films and help us choose the winners. Special thanks to the contest sponsors for helping MyMovieNetwork with providing an excellent prize package to the winners and for helping us identify the winning entries.

Big-Hits Contest - January 2008 is now up and active in the contests page. Feel free to enter your film or link to your youtube or myspace film.
